• Assisted students in understanding basic computer systems, including hardware and operating systems
• Guided introductory web and networking concepts through hands-on exercises
• Supported lab sessions by helping students translate theory into practical understanding
• Helped troubleshoot common beginner issues during early technical learning

Outcome

Students developed a clearer understanding of foundational computing concepts and were able to follow early-stage technical subjects with improved confidence.
